Employee Payroll Reversals
Effective January 1, 2020, Kotapay will no longer accept requests for Reversals beyond five (5) days after the pay date. The reversal time period set by the Nacha ACH Rules is five (5) days. Once the five (5) day period has passed, Kotapay will not be able to do a reversal of funds from an employee's bank account.
