New Jersey: Adjusts Scheduled Minimum Wage Rate Increase
Effective January 1, 2023, the basic New Jersey hourly minimum wage will increase to $14.13 and the minimum wage for seasonal and small employers will increase to $12.93.
Employers should be advised that New Jersey plans to further raise the minimum wage to $15.00 on January 1, 2024.
