Notice of Extension of Deadline to Object to Disclosure of EEO-1 Data

On August 19, 2022, OFCCP published a notice in the Federal Register informing companies that filed EEO-1 forms that OFCCP intended to release certain data in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. 

OFCCP has established the Submitter Notice Response Portal for affected companies to object to the release of their data and extended the deadline for filing objections to October 19, 2022.   OFCCP has stated that objections or responses sent elsewhere may not be acknowledged or accepted. OFCCP has invited Contractors to contact the OFCCP FOIA Help Desk by phone (800-397-6251) or email (OFCCPSubmitterResponse@dol.gov) with any questions related to this process that OFCCP has not covered in its frequently asked questions.
