Virginia: First Aid Seizure Poster Requirement
Beginning July 1, 2022 employers of 25 or more employees in the state of Virginia are now required to display instructions on how to provide first aid to someone experiencing a seizure. This information must be consistent with guidelines developed by the Epilepsy Foundation of America.
Virginia employers can download the “Seizure First Aid Poster” found on C2Connection.
