Connecticut Minimum Wage Increases June 1, 2023
Effective June 1, 2023, Connecticut minimum wage increases to $15 per hour. Future increases starting January 1, 2024 will be tied to the employment cost index from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. C2 will review your current hourly employee’s pay and advise you if there are any adjustments that are recommended to be in compliance.
