EEOC Delays 2022 EEO – 1 Reporting Until the Fall
The anticipated mid-July opening of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection has been delayed and is now tentatively set for the Fall of 2023. The EEOC will post all updates concerning the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection, including the final opening date and opening of the Filer Support Message Center, at www.eeocdata.org/eeo1 as they become available. C2 will also issue any updates as a new HR Announcement.
C2 will perform the data compilation and comply with the reporting requirements for all C2 clients required to file an EEO-1 report.
