Department of Labor Has Announced NO Change to Health and Welfare Dollars
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Fringe Benefit Rate for SCA Will Not Rise

Based on a memorandum from The U.S. Department of Labor which released its annual announcement regarding the rate for Service Contract Act (SCA) Health and Welfare Fringe Benefits, the rate will remain at $4.27 per hour, effective July 29, 2016.
