EEOC Announces 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Data Collection Schedule
After delaying the opening of the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Data Collection sites due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that its data collection site is scheduled to open in April 2021.
The precise opening date of the online tool and filing deadline have not yet been announced. C2 is monitoring the EEOC website for updates regarding the opening date and deadlines.
As in previous years, a notification letter from the EEOC will be sent to all employers who are required to submit EEO-1 data. C2 will also review and validate if clients meet the obligation to file.
