President Biden Revokes Trump’s Executive Order on Race/Sex Stereotyping

President Biden has issued an Executive Order (EO) reversing the controversial EO 13950 (Combatting Race and Sex Stereotyping) that President Trump rolled out toward the end of his administration.  Recall that EO 13950 prohibited certain types of sensitivity training among federal employees and federal contractors.  Biden’s new Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government expressly revokes EO 13950 and provides other directives designed to foster diversity and racial inclusion among the federal workforce.
