Howard County, Maryland Minimum Wage Increase
Effective January 1, 2025, Howard County, Maryland will increase the minimum hourly wage to $16.00 for employers with15 or more employees. The minimum wage remains at $15.00 per hour for employers with fewer than 15 employees.
Tipped employees will remain at the minimum base wage of $3.63 per hour.
