New Hampshire Bans Hairstyle Discrimination
New Hampshire has enacted a new law that takes effect on September 1, 2024, restricting employers from discriminating against individuals based on “protective hairstyles” including braids, locs, tight coils or curls, cornrows, Bantu knots, Afros, twists & headwraps.
