Oregon Updates New Hire Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2024
Starting on January 1, 2024, employers in Oregon will have to include the retention of independent contractors in the required reporting of the first day of work to the Division of Child Support of the Oregon Department of Justice. Oregon suggests the filing be made through the use of the Oregon Employer Services Portal.
