Virgina Releases 2024 Rates (Min-Max Benefits, COLA, Mileage)
The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has released the VWC 2024 chronological compensation benefits chart.
Effective July 1, 2024 the weekly maximum unemployment compensation rate will be $1,410.00 (an increase from $1,343.00 the previous year)
Effective July 1, 2024 the weekly minimum unemployment compensation rate will be $352.50 (an increase from $335.75 the previous year)
Effective October 1, 2024 the cost of living (COLA) rate will be 3.35% (a decrease from 6.40% the previous year)
